Let's talk about saladsCorr!That's all I can say about some of the delicious salads you can make on the 21-day detox diet.Yes, you can start off with the typical lettuce and tomato affair. But the delights you can top it with! Have you even thought about cubes of goat's cheese or feta? Or cubes of toasted tofu splashed with tamari (gluten-free soy) sauce? A sprinkling of toasted hazelnuts, sunflower seeds and pine kernels? Grated cabbage, diced courgette, sliced onion? And most delectable of all... a few giant scoops of avocado flesh, drizzled with cold-pressed seed oil..... mmmmm mmmmmhhhmmmm.Of course it's the right time of the year for salads. And their deliciousness and nutritiousness is only limited by your imagination!
